Learn while you Run
Hello friends,
Due to very busy schedule is really difficult to have time for our
selves (to stay fit) as well as update also. What i am doing is that
while on treadmill, I go through ultrasound lectures series at least
2 times [minimum 60 minutes/day] / week. Means at least 60
minutes/day “LEARNING WITH WALKING”. Laptop is connected with LCD TV
& home theater system for proper audio & video quality. Remaining
5
days for enjoying tv serials or movies on treadmill. So I can have
two things together. [multi task] I am really enjoying since last 2
year and it is too comfortable.
